Early on 20th May, TWCC held the Women Entrepreneurs Monthly Conference under theme Breaking Bread & Building Business at Ramada Mbezi Beach in Dar es Salaam. The aim of the conference was to connect women entrepreneurs and promote their businesses.

During the opening session, TWCC Executive Director, Mwajuma Hamza welcomed the participants and encouraged them to collaborate and foster innovation. TWCC Chairperson Ms. Mercy Sila advised women entrepreneurs to leverage the business opportunities available through TWCC for success.

More than 250 women attended the conference, which discussed business in leadership, marketing, and brand building. Participants gained insights into team leadership, employee motivation strategies, and how to build a brand and introduce products to the market. They received advice on saving and investing in business from UTTAMIS and learned about business-boosting services such as M-Koba from Vodacom. A speaker from Banklingy also provided information on how women can benefit from financial networks.

The conference provided a great opportunity for women to network, learn, and grow their businesses.
