The President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council, H.E. Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, today, 07/07/2025, visited the pavilion of the Tanzania Women Chamber of Commerce (TWCC) at the 49th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba) and was received by the President of TWCC.
Tanzania Women Chamber of Commerce (TWCC) has won the Best Female Entrepreneur Participation Award for the fifth consecutive time at the 49th Sabasaba exhibition in 2025. The award was received today by TWCC President CPA Mercy Sila and was presented by the Minister of Industry and Trade, Hon. Dr. Selemani Saidi Jafo, during the closing ceremony of the exhibition.
On 02/07/2025, Minister for Industry and Trade Dr. Selemani Jafo visited the TWCC pavilion at the 49th Sabasaba exhibition and saw innovative, high-quality products from over 200 members.
On 06/07/2025, Deputy Minister of ICT, Hon. Eng. Maryprisca Mahundi, visited the TWCC pavilion at the 49th Sabasaba exhibition. She was received by Ms. Fatuma Singano and viewed high-quality products and services from over 200 TWCC members.
Chairperson of the Tanzania rulling Party Union for Women (UWT), Mrs. Mary Pius Chatanda, visited the TWCC pavilion and was impressed by how members were organized and showcased their products for sale.
